Join us for our monthly industry event on the second Monday of each month! Each month, we feature the products from an artisanal distillery, taste spirits and cocktails, and host a guest bartender and their recipes. Check back each month, or sign up for our newsletter to receive advance notice!
Each event is scheduled on the second Monday of the month from 8-10pm and entry is free.

Monday Mix featuring In Fine Spirits' own Barrel Selected Bourbon from Buffalo Trace
Join us for another monthly distilled spirit event. This month we feature our In Fine Spirits' own barrel selected Bourbon from Buffalo Trace distillery. Taste the spirits and sample cocktails created by our in-hour bartenders and special guest bartender Peter Vestinos.

Monday Mix featuring a sampling of locally distilled spirits from our neighbors at Koval Spirits
Founders, Robert and Sonat Birnecker from Koval Spirits joins us for our monthly cocktail and spirit tasting event. Our featured spirits will include Rose Hip Liqueur, Ginger Liqueur, Chrysanthemum Honey and Raksi Millet Spirit.
Take this opportunity to meet our newest bartender, Jarron Conger of In Fine Spirits and Drinks over Dearborn.
Monday Mix featuring small-batch bourbons from Maxwell Street Trading
Brain Ciske from Maxwell Street Trading joins us for our monthly cocktail and spirit tasting event. Since September is National Bourbon Heritage month - our featured spirits will include a full line-up of small-batch bourbons including: Old Weller Antique, Willett Pot Still Reserve, Old Pogue Master's Select, Black Maple Hill, Rowans Creek & Noah's Mill.
Sample the bourbons, try classic bourbon cocktails, and take the opportunity to try something new from our bartenders at the "freestyle" cocktail station.
Monday Mix featuring Death's Door
Monday, August 10, 8-10pm
Brian Ellison, owner and president of Death's Door Spirits, joins us for our monthly cocktail and spirit tasting event. We will feature the Death's Door line-up of sustainably produced spirits, including the vodka, gin and white whiskey. Peter Vestinos will be our guest bartender serving up delicious cocktails to sample!
Monday Mix featuring Partida Tequila
Monday, July 13, 8-10pm
Alex Fowler, Chicago Brand Ambassador for Partida Tequila, joins us for our cocktail and spirit tasting event. And what better choice for July? This month we feature the full line-up of estate-grown agave tequilas from the Familia Partida, including the Partida Blanco, Partida Reposado, Partida Añejo, and Partida Elegante (Extra Añejo); plus Partida's 100% Organic Agave Nectar.

Rich Phillips, owner and distiller from Portland's Integrity Spirits, and guest bartender Adam Seger of Nacional 27 join us for a cocktail and spirit tasting event. This month we feature Rich's four artisanal distilled spirits, including 12 Bridges Gin, Lovejoy Vodka, Lovejoy Hazelnut Vodka, and Trillium Absinthe Superieure.!

Monday Mix featuring Rick Wasmund of Copper Fox Distillery

Rick Wasmund and Cheryl Wasmund Targos of Copper Fox Distillery and guest bartender Robin (from Bar on Buena) join us for a cocktail and spirit tasting event. This month we feature three of their artisanal distilled spirits, including Wasmund's American Single Malt Whisky, Wasmund's Single Malt Spirit and Rye Spirit, and a preview tasting of the soon-to-be-released Copper Fox Rye Whisky - plus cocktails featuring these spirits.
Sample these four spirits, enjoy cocktail samples made with the spirits, and visit directly with master distiller Rick Wasmund - or try something new from our bartenders at the "freestyle" cocktail station.
