At our wine bar we offer more than 40 hand-selected wines by the glass and by the bottle. We specialize in New World, handcrafted wines and unusual varietals that represent the cutting-edge of quality and value. Our wine selection changes seasonally, and it changes with the availability of limited release and smaller production wines.
Featured Wine
2010 dexter lake ‘in fine spirits’- california - ($10 gl, $30 btl)
Matthew Rorick sourced and fermented each varietal separately and then aged the final result in neutral barrels for a year giving us this
most unique blend comprised of:
Mourvedre– from vines planted right after prohibition 2000 feet up in the Sierra Foothills. Picked just before Thanksgiving, he could punched it down over the weekend to keep an eye on it.
Thus, the Mourvedre became known as "The Traveling Ferment"
Gamay- Grown in the Suisun Valley - it is the true underdog, wildcard in the blend and is the most unique of the three varietals.
Charbono- A 1930’s planting from the famous Hyde Vineyard in Napa Valley. All come together to form a most luscious wine worthy to be In Fine Spirits’ inaugural “House Red”!
