Can Sumoi 2018 Sumoll GarnatxaIn Fine Spirits
The newest wine from Pepe Raventós and Francesc Escala’s project in the Baix Penedès, where they are working to recover an agricultural estate dated back to 1645. A blend of 50% Sumoll and 50% Garnatxa. Cultivated and vinified with minimum intervention, without added wine products and without stabilizing or filtering. Intensely red in color with aromas of wild fruit aromas and Mediterranean plants. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, good fruit, and a dry finish.
