Santome 2012 Raboso Parcel 912In Fine Spirits
This red wine is obtained from a selection of the native Raboso Piave grapes. Long maceration, ageing in chestnut and “Allier” oak for 48 months. Some bunches are withered in the grape-drying loft for 3 months and skillfully added to the blend. This baby ages for five years before hitting the market (4 in barrel and 1 in bottle). Full-bodied and tannic with berry, pepper, and leather notes. This wine is only produced in the best years! Pair with hearty beef or game dishes.
